Google Scholar is a search platform specifically for scholarly literature, including peer-reviewed papers, theses, pre-prints, abstracts, and technical reports from many different disciplines.

Using your Google login credentials, you can set Google Scholar and the IRSC Databases to work together.
Click "Sign in" in the upper left corner.
Enter your Google email (Gmail).
Enter your password.
Once you have successfully signed in, click on "Settings" in the middle of the page.
Click "Library Links" on the left side.
You will see a checked box next to "Open WorldCat - Library Search".
Enter "Indian River State College" into the search field and click the search button.
Check the box that appears next to "Indian River State College - Find Text at IRSC" in the list.
Click "Save".
You are returned to the main search page. Search for "accountant job description" in the search box.
The returned results are mixed. Some feature a "Find Text @ IRSC" link to the right. Some results have links to other sources you may be able to access. Other results have no links to the right - these results are probably not accessible because they are behind a paywall.
Click the IRSC link next to the search result "The effects of job description content on job evaluation judgments".
You are taken to a new login screen. Enter your Borrower ID (Student ID) and your PIN (MMDD of your birthday). Click the Log In button.
You are now accessing the article within an IRSC database.
Please enter your name and email address to retrieve a copy of your completed quiz.
You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. If you are doing this for a class, you may need to enter your instructor's email address also.
